Below you will find additional information about your new policy with Anthem. You will want to share the applicable information in this email with your employees.
Action Needed:
- EmployerAccess portal – this is your employer portal where you can manage Member enrollment, Billing, and access plan documents. Here is a flyer with information on how to register and other features available in the portal: Anthem EmployerAccess Registration Flyer
- Billing –We submitted an automatic payment form, EFT, with your application. The EFT payment can be withdrawn at any time. Normally with ABF plans at least a partial payment is taken. Anthem encourages all groups to use the EmployerAccess website to correlate their Premium Statements and Payments. You should soon be receiving an email from the billing team, and they will be available as you familiarize yourself with the new portal. As your broker we can also assist you with administration of your group and redirect any billing questions.
Membership:
- Permanent ID cards will be mailed out by Anthem directly. If members need to verify coverage before that, they can call Anthem customer service at 1-866-837-4596. We also encourage our Anthem members to register at www.anthem.com to enjoy secure access to your personalized information including Temporary ID cards. They can also download the free Anthem Sydney app to their smartphones from iTunes or Google Play.
- All employees have access to an eKit page MLJ has put together with various resources to make the most of their benefits. The link to this page can be found in the group enrollment portal: https://www.mljinsurance.com/anthem-level-funded-medical-plan-information-and-resources/.
- We have put together a video for you to share with any of your employees upon enrollment with their new policy information and resources. Please expect an email from us with a link to this video.
