Below you will find additional information about your new policy with Anthem. You will want to share the applicable information in this email with your employees.

Action Needed:

This is your employer portal where you can manage Member enrollment, Billing, and access plan documents. A flyer with information on how to register and other features available in the portal can be found in the "Additional Resources for you" section below.

Billing:

We submitted an automatic payment form, EFT, with your application. The EFT payment can be withdrawn at any time. Normally, there is an expected delay — the ACH does not hit for the beginning month of coverage. The 1st and 2nd months premiums should be drafted by the 15th of the 2nd month the policy takes effect. Feel free to contact UnitedHealthcare Billing if you have questions. UnitedHealthcare Billing phone number: 888-842-4577. If you do not see the 2nd month's draft pulled by the 10th of the 2nd month, please let us know immediately.

Membership:

Employees will receive permanent ID cards directly from the insurance company in approximately 10–15 business days. If they need to verify coverage prior to receiving ID cards, they can contact UHC customer service using their Group number and Social Security Number. In the meantime, employees can download temporary ID cards from www.myuhc.com (site registration required). If a member elects to go "Paperless", a physical ID card will not be mailed. Preferences can be set by each member in their own UHC portal.

All employees have access to an eKit page MLJ has put together with various resources to make the most of their benefits.

We have put together a video for you to share with any of your employees upon enrollment with their new policy information and resources. Please expect an email from us with a link to this video.
